It’s always ackward when I get asked this question because we do so many things. How do you condense that into 10 seconds or less? Lately, I’ve resorted to, “We do IT Security and HIPAA Compliance for private dental and medical practices”. This still doesn’t feel like enough to convey all that we do.
Over the last decade, I can’t count the number of times I’ve said, “That’s something we do”, or, “We know someone that can do that” becuase clients don’t think of us for things outside of IT help desk. While we are great at support, we spend a lot of effort being proactive.
